Bored!! haven had the mood to study !! so decided to post up some old pics =D 

Passionfruit souffle which my dear and I had tried out from Neil Perry's recipe =D was indeed delicious but the passionfruit syrup was alittle bit too sweet ><.. but not bad for a first attempt we must say.. hehehe

On our 7th mnth ann, dear was chef for the day.. =D Dear had really put in effort to cook us a 3 course meal.. hehe was delicious dear!! ty!!<3 This is one of his idea-avocado, crunchy prawns and drizzled with some tomato,chilli N olive oil dressing.. yummy dear!

 

Crispy pan fried salmon drizzled with hollandaise sauce~ my first time trying that sauce, and it was yummy! but cannot eat so much of that, coz that sauce consumed alot alot ALOT of butter! but it was nicesh =D

Smoke salmon roulade~ also learned from masterchef class.. Think it was taught by Matt Moran.. simply delicious! ^^ there's capers in it, so its a little bit salty, added on with the smoked salmon.. ><.. topped with little bit of caviar and dill .. yum yum XD its not bad actually, little finger food =)

Okies will stop till here for now.. need to start studying le!! 6 days more till uni reopens... boo hoo =(
